ExtraReps lesson alerts

Ascent Management, LLC sends text messages about lessons booked through ExtraReps to parents and adult athletes who sign up for them.

How you sign up

In the ExtraReps app, open your account, enter your mobile number and check the box that reads:

Text me lesson reminders, cancellations and schedule changes from ExtraReps. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The box is never checked for you. We then text a code to confirm the number is yours. You do not have to agree to texts to book or pay for lessons; everything is also available by email and in the app.

What we send

• A reminder about two hours before a lesson, asking you to reply YES to confirm you are coming
• Notice that a lesson was canceled
• Notice that a lesson was moved to a new time
• When a coach cancels, your choice between a refund and a lesson credit

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your lessons, usually one to three messages per booked lesson. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Stopping and help

• Reply STOP to stop all texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Your lessons are not affected.
• Reply START to sign up again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Other details

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Texts are available for US mobile numbers only. Supported carriers include major US carriers; delivery is not guaranteed on every carrier.
• We use your number only to send these messages. See our Privacy Policy; mobile numbers and text consent are never shared for marketing.
