Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Ascent Management, LLC (“ExtraReps,” “we,” “us”) for use of the ExtraReps website and apps. By creating an account or booking a lesson, you agree to them.

What ExtraReps is

ExtraReps is a scheduling and payment tool. Coaches use it to offer private lessons; families and athletes use it to book and pay. Coaches are independent. They are not employees or agents of ExtraReps, and they alone are responsible for their lessons, venues, qualifications, safety practices and any required insurance or licenses. ExtraReps does not provide coaching and does not supervise lessons.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create a coach or parent account. Athletes 13 or older may use an athlete account only through a parent’s invitation and permission.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if your account is misused.
• Parents are responsible for bookings and payments they make, or allow an athlete to make.

Booking and payment

• Prices are set by each coach. Card payments include a service fee, shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Coaches receive their lesson price through Stripe payouts and must complete Stripe’s payout setup before accepting cards. By using payments, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
• Some coaches accept cash. Cash is paid to the coach directly; ExtraReps does not handle it.

Cancellations, refunds and credits

• If you cancel 24 hours or more before a lesson you paid for by card, you choose either a lesson credit for the full lesson value, or a refund of the lesson price to your card. The service fee is not refunded with a card refund.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before a lesson, the lesson is forfeited unless the coach waives it.
• If the coach cancels a lesson you paid for by card, you choose either a full refund, including the service fee, or a lesson credit with the service fee returned. Choose by the deadline shown in the app: up to 7 days after the cancellation, but no later than the original lesson time. If you don’t choose in time, you receive the full refund.
• Lessons paid with a credit get the credit back when canceled in time by you or the coach. Cash lessons are paid to the coach directly, so any refund is between you and the coach.
• Athletes may cancel their own lessons only 24 hours or more ahead, and the family then receives a lesson credit.
• Unused credits from a lesson pack can be refunded at the lesson price.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Coach responsibilities

• Keep your schedule, prices and venues accurate, and honor the lessons booked.
• Card processing costs for lessons you cancel, and amounts returned for refunds or chargebacks, may be deducted from your future payouts.
• You are responsible for your own taxes.

Messages

We send account and lesson messages by email and push notification. Text messages are sent only if you opt in; see the Text Message Terms. How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse ExtraReps. That includes giving false information, harassing others, posting links or spam, trying to access other people’s accounts or data, interfering with the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and limits

ExtraReps is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sports involve risk of injury, and ExtraReps is not responsible for what happens at a lesson. To the extent the law allows, ExtraReps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
